1. Bost Vertical Lathe is a high-tech mechatronics products with high Dynamic and static rigidity, safe and reliable movement, long service life and high processing efficiency, which has adopted the advanced design and manufacturing technology both at home and abroad, implement the latest national accuracy standards, equipped advanced function units. A strong cutting of Structure Performance has been achieved.
2. The hydraulic station includes a worktable static pressure system, a main drive speed changing system, a beam clamping system, a vertical tool holder ram hydraulic balancing system, and an oil temperature cooling system. Oil of the static pressure system of the worktable is supplied by the variable pump. The static pressure oil is distributed to each oil pool by the multi-head pump. The hydraulic station is equipped with blockage, flow and pressure protection, and will automatically stop if it cannot reach the using requirement.
3. The beam is placed in front of the column to allow the beam to move vertically on the column. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the beam lifting motor and lubrication. It is controlled by the beam lifting button to ensure the working stability of the beam.
